The 2018 2 oz Canadian Silver Mapleflex is a one-of-a-kind product from the Royal Canadian Mint. This specimen includes 19 individual silver bars with a face value assigned in Canadian dollars (CAD) by the federal government of Canada. The RCM uses a unique production process with precision-cut lines that allow you to divide this 2 Troy oz Canadian Silver Mapleflex up how you see fit.

The bar includes a total of 19 separate smaller bars with weights of 1/20 oz, 1/10 oz, and 1/4 oz. There are ten individual 1/20 oz bars, five 1/10 oz bars, and four 1/4 oz bars. The federal government in Canada assigned face values of 25 cents to the 1/20 oz bars, 50 cents to the 1/10 oz bars, and 1 dollar to the 1/4 oz bars. Each bar can be broken off from the rest or you can break down the entire 2 Troy oz bar into its 19 individual pieces, all without losing face value of the .9999 purity of the silver content.

On the obverse of each individual bar is Susanna Blunts fourth-generation portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. This right-profile effigy was created in 2003 and began to feature on Canadian coinage that same year. The obverse of the individual bars include Elizabeth II and the specific face value assigned to that weight.

The reverse of the 2018 2 oz Canadian Silver Mapleflex bars include a unique sugar maple leaf design. This was created by Celia Godkin and depicts two leaves connected at their stem. Inscriptions on this face of the bars include Canada 2018 at the top, with the weight, purity, and metal content at the bottom.

These 2018 2 oz Canadian Silver Mapleflex bars are available in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. The Mapleflex is available individually inside of a protective capsule or inside of boxes that contain 50 Mapleflex products.
