The Burnished American Silver Eagle coins are produced using the utmost care by the United States Mint to deliver a unique visual finish. Each silver blank is first tumbled with another medium inside of a drum to create the burnished visual appearance. The blanks are then removed by hand, struck individually, and then removed again by gloved hands to ensure the beautiful finish.
