There is just enough pressure on gold, silver and platinum that we could see the big one. As the bulls and bears battle to hold their ground, it looks and feels like the sellers will win out. Platinum is getting closer to a bearish trend that would join gold and silver.
Remember this is written as a trader; I remind you that I constantly buy the physical metals. But of course, trading and investing are two separate trades which too many confuse. Confusing the two types of trades is one of the biggest downfalls for both.
The price action has been ugly; the inability to take out resistance leads us to believe the path of least resistance is lower. The market will playout and a sell off or break will take place. For now, we are short gold and silver, targeting the near term lows. Platinum is close to reversing.
